Acclaimed vegan chef Rachel Ama has created a range of Caribbean dishes for restaurant chain by CHLOE..

The meals created by the Londoner will be on offer until the end of November.

They include BBQ Jerk Cauliflower, Thai Green Curry, and Caribbean Mushroom Wrap.

‘Accessible, delicious and fun vegan dishes’

“I love the concept of by CHLOE., so I was excited at the opportunity to collaborate with them for World Vegan Month, our aim was to build on what by CHLOE. is already known for, accessible, delicious and fun vegan dishes, and now with a Rachel Ama twist,” Ama said in a statement sent to Plant Based News.

“As we welcome the colder months, I wanted to showcase dishes that were comforting for this time of year but still colourful, such as the Thai Green curry which is the perfect winter warmer, and the Caribbean Wrap that is ideal for Londoners on the go and some BBQ jerk cauliflower bites.”

‘Happy to collaborate’

“We’re so happy to collaborate with Rachel Ama to celebrate World Vegan Month in London,” added by CHLOE.’s Samantha Wasser.

“Our three exclusive dishes showcase that plant-based food can be craveable, flavorful, and fun.” 

The three dishes are available at by CHLOE. London Oxford Circus, Covent Garden, and Tower Bridge until the end of November.
