Following the resounding success of its vegan menu, high street favorite Zizzi is set to launch more plant-based options.
The Italian-style eatery, which was the first major chain to add vegan mozzarella to its dishes, will be adding two pizzas to its repertoire on October 10.
It has sold a mind-blowing 400,000 vegan dishes so far this year.
New
And it’s a number that is set to increase with the arrival of the new vegan options.
Two pizzas will be added to the menu – the Vegan Zucca (mozzarella cheese alternative, roasted butternut squash, caramelised balsamic onions and spinach) and the Vegan Pepperonata (fire-roasted peppers, sunblush tomatoes, hot roquito chillies, and pea shoots).
The chain will also be adding wholewheat pasta as an alternative to white on some of its dishes.
