Restaurant chain Pizza Express is offering free dough balls in celebration of World Vegan Day on November 1.
The dough balls can be ordered with vegan pestorissa dip, making the dish dairy-free, and suitable for those following a plant-based diet.
The chain has become increasingly vegan-friendly in recent times adding a spate of animal-free meals to the menu.
Vegan options
“Of course, it goes without saying that you don’t have to be vegan to enjoy our delicious array of dairy-free dishes,” the chain said in a statement sent to Plant Based News.
“There’s a huge range of things to try, including our new Vegan Puttanesca – featuring meat-mimicking jackfruit, or a classic Peperonata pasta.
“With the exciting addition of a dairy-free carrot cake, there’s a full house of delicious vegan options.”
