Pizza chain Blaze has launched a new vegan option in its 300+ stores across the US.
The ‘Vegan Pizza’ features original dough, red sauce, vegan cheese, spicy vegan chorizo, mushrooms, red onions, green bell peppers, basil, and an olive oil drizzle.
The launch follows the chain’s recent introduction of vegan Spicy Chorizo.

“Blaze has always had plant-based options on its menu and have relied on our guests to build their entirely plant-based pizzas to their specific liking,” Blaze Executive Chef, Brad Kent, told Plant Based News.
“As the demand for plant-based foods continues to gain popularity, we have decided to give its due and build our own vegan pizza.
“The ingredients chosen for the Vegan Pizza build combine elements of sweet, tart, salt, savory and spice that really come to life when baked on our classic light-as-air crust as the base.”
