UK cafe chain Patisserie Valerie has launched a range of plant-based cakes and vegan brunch dishes across the country.

The cakes, which are all fully raw and made with ‘100 percent plant-based wholefoods’, are priced at £3.50 a slice – or £40 for a whole celebration cake.

Flavors include Chocolate and Raspberry, Chocolate, Tiramisu, Strawberry, Orange and Turmeric, Peanut Butter, Pineapple and Matcha, Raspberry, and Lemon, and Blueberry.

‘Delicious range’

“Introducing our delicious range of vegan raw cakes, hand made with ingredients that are free from egg, dairy, gluten, preservatives, additives, soy, and refined sugar… Each cake is packed full of pure and seasonal ingredients,” the brand’s website states.

Patisserie Valerie also announced on Instagram it had an ‘important message for all vegans’, revealing new plant-based dishes including a fig salad and smashed avocado on toast.

“Did you know that you can enjoy a range of delicious vegan brunch dishes and even a handcrafted coffee made with almond or soya milk?” the company wrote.

“Brunch, cake and a hot drink – yes please!”
