A new vegan burger bar will open in London next month.

VBurger will start trading in Camden Market on July 1.

The burgers, which have been developed by chef Yossi Edri, will be completely plant-based.

Options include a beetroot burger, a seitan burger, and falafel. Toppings include vegan cheese and avocado and sides include fries, sweet potato wedges and coleslaw. There is a brownie available for dessert.

Co-founder Amir Wayman said: “We are very excited to launch VBurger and warmly welcome everyone, be they vegan, vegetarian or with no preference at all, to come down and give it a try.

“The burgers are guaranteed to hit the spot.”

The Camden outlet will be the first VBurger branch, but founders have plans to open more stores across London in the coming years.

VBurger will be open seven days a week, from 10am to 7pm.
