Marks & Spencer Launches New Fruit: The ‘Limelon’ Is A Melon And Lime Hybrid

Marks & Spencer has launched a new hybrid fruit called the Limelon.

The upmarket retailer announced the new fruit on a post on Instagram.

Sharing an image of the delicacy, the store revealed what it tastes like.

‘Introducing the limelon’

The post said: “Introducing the LIMELON! This incredible limited-edition hybrid fruit tastes like a juicy melon with a hint of lime – deliciously refreshing with a zesty citrus bite.

“Perfect for all the family, this zingy fruit is great served on its own, topped on yogurt or added to savory lunchtime salads.”
