The high tech Impossible Burger has hit the menu at Wahlburgers – the burger restaurant brand founded by Chef Paul Wahlberg along with brothers Donnie and Mark.
While it is currently available in some of the chain’s 15-plus outlets, it is expected to roll out across all locations of Wahlburgers over the next few months.
Meatless
According to Chef Paul Wahlberg, customers at the restaurant had been asking for a tasty meatless option.
He said: “We’re excited to announce our latest menu addition and can’t wait for guests to taste the popular Impossible Burger with our very own Wahlburgers twist.”
‘Thrilled’
Impossible Foods COO, David Lee, added: “Paul and the team at Wahlburgers have been partners to us since adding the Impossible Burger to their Boston-area restaurant menus last fall.
“We’re thrilled that their unique take on our burger will now be enjoyed by Wahlburgers’ dedicated following of burger aficionados nationwide, offering a plant-based option for customers from coast to coast.”

Burger
The burger, which is made entirely from plants, is produced without hormones, antibiotics, cholesterol or artificial flavors.
According to its creators at Impossible Foods, the patty uses about 75 percent less water, generates about 87 percent fewer greenhouse gases, and requires around 95 percent less land than conventional ground beef from cows.
