A massive vegan festival with more than 100 stalls is coming to Manchester this weekend.

The event – The National Veg Food and Lifestyle Festival – will have plant-based food on offer, as well as vegan alcohol and live music.

Visitors can tuck into vegan pizza, burgers, hot dogs, African cuisine, and curries. They can also choose from a wide range of desserts.

Line-up

The event will also feature cooking demos, talks, and yoga classes.

The traders line-up includes Primal Soaps, Cleaspring, The Happy Hippies, and The Thirsty Scholar.

Among the live musicians, folk artist Abigail Chetham will entertain the public with an acoustic set from 11am.

Festival

The festival is 100 percent volunteer-run, with all proceeds going to animal welfare charities like Miracle’s Mission, which helps to rescue, rehabilitate, neuter, and re-home stray and vulnerable animals.

The Manchester vegan festival will be take place on Saturday, September 30 at the Audacious Church on Trinity Way and The Thirsty Scholar on New Wakefield Street.

Tickets are £5 general entry and £15 VIP entry.
