Cruelty-Free brand Lush is launching a new limited edition collection of solid foundations – called Slap Sticks – on June 29.

According to the brand, the product (£16.95) offers ‘buildable coverage and a natural undertone’. It comes in 40 shades with warm, cool and neutral undertones. It is medium coverage.

The product will be available online only in 18 countries exclusively through #LushLabs for just one month. Until Friday July 6, London customers can visit the Lush Soho Studio and be colour matched before buying the product online.

According to Lush, the foundation contains Peruvian jojoba oil, candelilla, sunflower and Turkish rose waxes. The product can be applied using either fingertips or a brush.

Rowena Bird, Lush Co-founder and Product Inventor, said: “Making foundation, a staple in many peoples daily routine, solid, is a major leap forward to reducing plastic packaging without compromising on quality or effect.”

The product is vegan and cruelty-free.
