High-street beauty brand, Lush, has debuted its new range of vegan makeup brushes.
The collection, named Roll with it, features 13 animal-free brushes, which are priced between £7.50 – £32.
Customers can also purchase the full set for £225, which comes in an environmentally-friendly portable organic cotton wrap made by Re-wrap.
The set includes a large powder brush, large buffing brush, blush brush, large fan brush, flat foundation brush, large highlighter brush, small blending brush, large angle liner brush, small concealer brush, travel lip brush, double-ended brow brush, small liner brush, and a pencil brush.
‘A perfect collection’
“We tried and tested an array of different brushes and synthetic fibers until we had a perfect collection,” said Lush’s in-house makeup artist, Meg Edwards, who designed the brushes.
“We’re confident the range of brushes will deliver professional results. They’re easy to use and they have a luxurious, premium feel!”
Egg-free
Earlier this year, the company, who claims 80 percent of its products are suitable for vegans, replaced the use of eggs in its products with ingredients such as linseed, silken tofu, soy yogurt, and aquafaba.
Lush announced the change stating the company was: “Unconvinced that even the very best egg production is free from suffering.”
