The owners of a Brixton Village-based shop have launched a vegan subscription box.

The vegan Guzzl box includes food items made by small independent producers.

According to Guzzl’s Andrew Murray-Watson: “The contents of each box are always a surprise, but there will always be a chocolate offering plus a range of other sweet and savoury treats.

“Customers can also get in touch and specify the types of things they would like to receive.”

He adds: “Part of our commitment is finding amazing vegan products to delight our customers – often things that they have not come across before. And no two boxes have the same products within them.

“Being vegan is now an increasingly widespread lifestyle choice and the health and environmental benefits are obvious.

According to Murray-Watson, the business had to forge relationships with a number of vegan product suppliers before launching the box – which comes in two sizes, one which costs £20 a month, and another £25.

The boxes are available for free delivery across the UK. There is no lock-in period and customers can cancel their subscription at any time.
