Last November, vegan education and technology company Vevolution held Europe’s biggest ever vegan conference.

Today, they announced a new series of monthly topical events focusing on different areas of the rapidly emerging vegan movement.

The first event of the series ‘Vevolution Topics’, takes place on February 7 and is called Innovating Approaches To Vegan Food.

Event

The event will bring together some of the UK’s most exciting vegan food innovators.

Speakers include the Founders of BOSH! – the UK’s largest vegan Facebook page who have amassed a huge 645,746 likes since launching last spring.

Made In Hackney a plant-based community kitchen and allplants, who are revolutionising the frozen ready meal industry – are all joining the bill.

Movement

“The vegan movement is evolving rapidly and London is becoming a real hub for innovation in veganism,” said Vevolution Co-Founder Judy Nadel.

“After the success of our festival in November, we saw that this community needed to connect more regularly because the that work people are doing is so important. A shift towards veganism is a way we can save the lives of animals, slow down climate change, improve people’s health.”

Vevolution Co-Founder Damien Clarkson commented: “We’re excited to be bringing Vevolution to The Trampery.

He went on to say: “The Trampery is a home of innovating start-ups and we believe that tech-entrepreneurs have an important part to play developing food products that change the way the world eats.”

Date & Time: Tuesday 7th February, 6.30pm – 11:00pm

Venue: The Trampery, 239 Old St, London EC1V 9EY
