Award-winning author John Robbins will share his top tips for eating plant-based in the Food for Health Masterclass.

Robbins shows what foods you can eat to save the planet, which foods to avoid, and 10 plant-powered breakthroughs that can ‘relieve stress and boost happiness’.

Moreover, the plant-based masterclass reveals the ‘dangerous and deadly food lies’ that come from the food industry. The virtual event is completely free to join and lasts for for 80 minutes.

‘Health is your greatest wealth’

“Health is your greatest wealth,” Robbins says

“One of the biggest misconceptions that I hear all the time is [people] think that health is pre-set. That their genetics determine their destiny and as they get older their body is going to break down inevitably.

“If cancer.. or Alzheimer’s, or obesity run in the family, there’s not much anyone can do about it. And we found that that is absolutely not true. Your body was meant to thrive. “

Who is John Robbins?

John Robbins was set to be the heir to the Baskin-Robbins ice cream empire, which was owned by his father.

However, he walked a way from path ‘paved with gold and ice cream’ as he didn’t want to ‘devote his life’ selling something that made people unhealthy.

Since then, Robbins books about healthy eating and healthy living (including bestseller Diet for a New America) have sold millions of copies and been translated into more than 30 languages.

He has made hundreds of local and national radio and television appearances, and spoken in person to hundreds of thousands of people. Moreover, he founded the nonprofit, EarthSave International, and received dozens of awards for his work.
