Former WWE wrestler Ryback Reeves says a vegan diet is ‘superior’ in every way possible.

The American athlete, also known as The Big Guy, made the comments on a recent Plant Based News Instagram post

‘I’ll never go back to eating meat’

“The vegan diet is superior in every way possible,” he wrote.

“Seven months now fully vegan and I will never go back to eating lbs of meat, chicken, and fish a day.

“Evil has always existed, but now it’s putting all of us at risk and we can’t let it continue.”

Ryback’s vegan diet

Last year, Ryback told his 1.4 million Twitter followers he’d ditched animal products.

He shared a picture of his shredded physique, captioned: “I just keep seeing improvements and energy increasing even more.

“Conditioning is at a very high-level cardio wise and I don’t have any intentions of eating animal or dairy products. Lab work completed yesterday so will see where we are at.”

In a more recent Instagram post, Ryback shared a video showing off his biceps, claiming he has the ‘largest vegan arms on the planet’.

He added: “No matter how you eat, adding more nutrient-dense vegetables and fruits with things like chia seeds, hemp hearts, nutritional yeast, flax seeds, and pistachios will change your life.”
