The Canadian city of Toronto will become home to a two-storey vegan pizzeria early next year.
Virtuous Pie will be opening on College Street next January.
Menu
The original Vancouver branch of Virtuous Pie became famous for its 10-inch pizzas made on hand-stretched dough.
Topped with homemade nut cheeses, options include jackfruit, spicy buffalo cauliflower and roast broccollini.
Expand
The brand, which will be opening another outlet in Vancouver as well as one in Portland (Oregon), has always had plans to expand.
Lia Loukas, Director of Marketing and Business Development, said: “It has always been our goal to expand Virtuous Pie.
“The fact that we’ve been able to do so relatively quickly is a testament to the delicious food we serve and the great response we’ve had from the public since we first launched.”
