Veggie brand Amy’s Kitchen has added to its vegan offerings with a new pasta dish.

The Vegan Spinach Ravioli Bowl, which is kosher as well as dairy and lactose-free, features ‘pasta pillows filled with organic spinach and vegan ricotta cheeze covered with Amy’s tasty marinara sauce’.

The brand, which is a family-run business, offers a number of vegan options – including burritos, soup, and mac n cheeze. You can find its products in a range of stores across the US and UK – this launch is currently available in the States – you can find out more here.

According to the company – which describes itself as a ‘pioneer’ when it comes to organic food – it aims to make meatless eating easy.
