Former dairy brand Elmhurst will be releasing new offerings of plant-based milk later this fall.

The New York-based company will be launching three new dairy-free milk flavors: peanut, peanut-chocolate, and whole grains.

Elmhurst, which is the first brand on the market to be utilizing these ingredients, was previously a dairy facility for 90 years, until it rebranded to only create plant-based products.

Elmhurst CEO Henry Schwartz believes plant-based foods are the future – and was committed to develop ‘milked beverages’ with their full nutritional benefits.

The new plant milks contain the full nutritional content of their main ingredient, without any additional gums fillers.

Named Milked Peanut, Milked Peanut-Chocolate, and Milked Whole Grains, the dairy-free products will launch in the U.S. in the next few weeks.

The varieties will join already existing nutmilks such as Milked Walnuts, Milked Cashews, and Milked Almonds.

This comes after the release of a vegan egg replacer called ‘Elmhurst Aquafaba’.
