The ‘worlds biggest’ vegan food chain is opening a store in Nashville, Tennessee.
Copper Branch’s latest store is slated to open on February 2 – as the brand continues to expand its US presence.
The eatery serves a range of dishes such as power bowls, burgers and sandwiches, soups and chili, smoothies, and more.
Moreover, its 100 percent vegan offerings ‘are never fried and consist of mainly organic and non-GMO ingredients’.
‘Good for you and our planent’
Charles and Carmen Spence are the passionate franchise owners and operators of the upcoming store. They both ditched animal products and went plant-based in 2021.
In a statement sent to PBN, the couple said: “We’re excited about the opportunity to help the Nashville community feel and live their best possible life through a whole food, plant-based nutrition that tastes great and that is good for you and our planet.”
‘Nashivlle’s emerging vegan scene’
Copper Branch CEO Trish Paterson also added: “We’re thrilled to be a part of Nashville’s emerging vegan scene – serving healthy, great tasting vegan options to the people of Nashville.
“We bring a diversified, exciting approach to plant-based eating and we are extremely excited and grateful to be welcoming Charles and Carmen to our Copper Branch family.”
