The U.K’s first vegan butcher says it is looking for a bigger kitchen to keep up with demand.

Rudy’s opened on November 1 to celebrate World Vegan Day. On its first day, it sold out of all its products and attracted long queues down the street.

The company has since said its staff had been working through the night to meet ‘overwhelming’ demand. Now, it has plans to expand its kitchen size, as it remains inundated with orders.

“Wow! Thank you SO much – you guys have cleaned out our online shop, again and again,” Rudy’s said.

“We are heads down in the kitchen restocking as fast as we can and are also currently looking for a bigger kitchen so we can get more goodies to more lovely people.”

The company has launched a Christmas Meat Feast Box for the holiday season

More recently, it launched a ‘Christmas Meat Feast‘ featuring an array of dishes such as Turk’y, meatloaf en croute, and roasted veg. A week’s worth of stock sold out in less than one hour.

Rudy’s said it is in ‘utter disbelief’ and ‘continues to be filled with love’ from the support it’s receiving.
