BOL Foods has teamed up with celebrated nutritionist Ian Marber [The Food Doctor] to launch a brand new range of plant-based ‘Super Soups’.

Each Super Soup Jar is less than 350 calories and high in plant protein, packed with nutrient-rich superfoods and vitamins, they are vegan and gluten-free.

One pot soup provides three of your recommended five a day intake of fruit and veg.

Portions

The soups are packed in single-serve portions, and are microwaveable.

The jars themselves are designed to be reuseable, and can be used to transport homemade soups to work, grow plants at your desk or to store your favourite nut mix to snack on.

A spokesperson said: “Developed in collaboration with acclaimed soup chef Nicole Pisani (author of three cookbooks), the new range includes Smokey Tomato & Lentil Protein Boosting Super Soup, Sweet Potato & Cauliflower Immune Boosting Super Soup, and Mushroom & Miso Energy Boosting Super Soup.

Stock

The spokesperson added: “With stock as the most important ingredient of any soup, Nicole and BOL have exclusively designed a secret plant-powered stock which is added to each recipe.

“The stock forms the base of the Super Soups and is made up of a wide range of delicious fresh vegetables, herbs and spices.

“The Super Soups are all cooked in small-sized batches and made using a slower process, with plenty more vegetables, less water and salt than other shop bought brands.

“There are no preservatives or additives in the Super Soups.”
