Sydney’s first vegan foodie market will be launching later this fall.
The market, which will be open on the third Sunday of every month, will transform Marrickville’s Portuguese Community Club into a 100 percent plant-based food event.
Offerings at the market will include decadent vegan eats, as well as cruelty-free cosmetics, homewares, and even vegan service providers such as lawyers and chiropractors.
Market
Organized by Vegan NSW, the market will feature big names from Sydney’s vegan scene, including Soul Burger, Suzy Spoon’s Vegetarian Butcher, Nalini’s, and the Cruelty Free Shop.
Among dessert traders, visitors will be able to indulge in Over the Moo ice-cream, and vegan creme eggs from bakery Treat Dreams.
According to the organizers: “This market is for those who want to make and see a difference in vegansim in Sydney, create/produce/make products that are entirely vegan, wish to connect with like-minded people and are excited, passionate or just plain curious about experiencing a different way of eating and living.”
The vegan market will launch on November 19, and will be open between 9am to 4pm.
