Einstein Bros. Bagels Trials Beyond Meat Breakfast Sausage

Einstein Bros. Bagels is trialing Beyond Meat‘s breakfast sausage at three of its Denver outlets.

The trial, which starts on July 16, will feature a specialist vegetarian sandwich featuring the patty as well as eggs and cheese.

Those looking for vegan-friendly options can add the Beyond Breakfast Sausage onto any Einstein Bros. Bagels sandwiches, like the Avocado Veg Out sandwich for only 60 cents.
