World-renowned plant-based physician Dr. Michael Greger will be launching a cookbook in December to accompany his bestselling book, How Not to Die.

The doctor behind Nutritionfacts.org has joined forces with author Gene Stone again for The How Not to Die Cookbook, which will feature over 100 easy, whole food plant-based recipes.

How Not to Die focused on the U.S.’ 15 leading causes of death, while its upcoming companion will include healthy recipes that will help prevent and reverse disease.

The recipes – which were created by Robin Robertson, known for authoring more than 20 vegan cookbooks – will cover breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, among others.

The cookbook will feature recipes such as roasted vegetable lasagna, black bean burgers, and whole roasted cauliflower with lemon tahini sauce.

All recipes will also include checklists for Dr. Greger’s Daily Dozen, which focuses on the 12 plant-based food groups – and how many servings one should have daily.

For every pre-ordered book, Dr. Greger will personalize and sign a bookplate – you can tell him what you want him to write here.
