The team behind NYC-inspired comfort food eatery Dirty Bones has revealed it will be hosting five further vegan pop-up sessions across London, after its trial sessions in March met with ‘immense’ demand.
Dirty Bones Shoreditch will host the additional Dirty Vegan sessions every consecutive Tuesday evening from May 8 to June 5.
The dishes on offer will be ‘vegan twists on Dirty Bones’ signature dishes’ – including Cauliflower Chicken & Buckwheat Waffles, Mac & Cheese made with cashew and almond milk, and Aubergine Buffalo Hot Wings.
There will also be a vegan-friendly drinks list featuring beer, wine and cocktails.
‘Challenging conceptions’
According to a spokesperson for the brand: “Born from a desire to make comfort food accessible to everyone regardless of dietary requirements or preferences, the Dirty Vegan concept was inspired by London’s recent movement to challenge the long-held conceptions around a vegan diet.
“The Dirty Vegan offering is indulgent, fun, and – true to the Dirty Bones ethos – comforting.
“The team look forward to welcoming vegans and non-vegans alike to join them in the next chapter of the Dirty Vegan story.”
