As demand for vegan produce continues to soar, manufacturers are taking note, and releasing new ranges.

Vegetarian brand Linda McCartney – which offers a number of vegan-friendly products – has announced the launch of a festive range of food.

Don’t worry though – you don’t have to wait until December to get your hands on these products, as they will be available from the end of August in some stores.

Selection

The centrepiece for any Christmas table could be the new vegan-friendly Vegetarian Beef Roast with Red Wine & Shallot Glaze. Although it will be available all year-round, it could grace any meal time.

It will launch from August 20 and will be available in selected Sainsbury’s stores.

The roast can be accompanied by a selection of smaller bites described as ‘party canapes’ – including cocktail sausages, chorizo cocktail sausages and ‘beef’, mushroom and spinach wellington bites.

These will also be available in Sainsbury’s, with some on shelves at Tesco’s and Asda.
