Plant-based food blogger turned businesswoman Ella Mills (from the ‘Deliciously Ella‘ franchise) has launched a range of vegan breakfast products.

Ella and her business partner and husband, Matthew Mills, have released an all-natural plant-based selection of three breakfast choices, following her recent vegan snack bar launch.

The new line features an Original Granola, a Nutty Granola, and an instant Bircher Muesli.

Range

The Original Granola is filled with toasted oats, raisins, coconut chips, almond flakes, and pumpkin seeds, while the Nutty Granola is made with a blend of hazelnuts, almonds and cashews.

The ready-to-eat Bircher Muesli has sweet pieces of chewy apple, raspberries and sunflower seeds, and goes soft and creamy when milk is added.

The new breakfast is high in fibre, gluten-free, and made with a small number of 100 percent natural products, without any stabilizers, additives, or preservatives.

Deliciously Ella

Deliciously Ella’s readers have been driving the brand’s business ventures.

Mills says: “When it comes to creating new products, we’re guided by our readers, social media community and customers in our delis.

“Like our existing range of Energy Balls, the Deliciously Ella Granola has been a hit since it first went onto our blog and appeared in the first Deliciously Ella book. It’s also been a firm favourite in our delis.”

Deliciously Ella’s breakfast range is now available in Waitrose, Wholefoods, Tesco, and Ocado.
