The organization shared the product in an Instagram post earlier today, writing: “Wow. Co-op launches 2 vegan meaty joints. These look amazing for Christmas dinner.”

According to Co-op, the joints – which come with an apricot and rosemary stuffing and herb gravy – will be available in selected stores from December 19.

The retailer has massively expanded its vegan offering recently  – launching its own-brand line of plant-based products earlier this year.

The range includes ready meals like Mushroom Bolognese as well as ‘grab-and-go’ sandwiches.

In addition, the store announced back in 2017 that it would be expanding its vegan wine range to include 100 products. It released options throughout 2018, and added to that number throughout 2019 too.
