Plant-based cooking duo BOSH! have partnered Vegan Nights to launch their second cookbook as part of a special event.

BOSH!, who scored a number one bestseller with their first book as well as becoming authors of the biggest-selling debut cookbook of 2018, will launch their next installment, called BISH BASH BOSH!, at Vegan Nights’ April event.

Vegan Nights, at The Truman Brewery in Brick Lane, features a mix of plant-based food, vegan-friendly fashion, cocktails, vegan beers, and sweet treats. It is regularly attended by around 4,000 people.

BOSH! stage

“In a cooking demo like no other, Henry and Ian will be taking over the iconic Vegan Nights stage to DJ to thousands as they simultaneously cook mouth-watering recipes from their brand new book,” a spokesperson told Plant Based News. “With BOSH! Cocktails and Bangin’ Burgers available, everyone can get a taste of the new book.

“There will a ticket option which includes the Waterstones’ exclusive edition of BISH BASH BOSH! with a special edition goodie bag. There’ll also be an opportunity to meet Henry and Ian to get your copy signed, with extra books available to purchase on the night.

“[The book] takes it to another level with imaginative recipes like Camembosh!, Faux Gras, decadent desserts and hearty meals.”
