Top cook and Great British Bake Off judge Prue Leith has teamed up with vegan duo BOSH! to give her cooking a plant-based twist.
Henry Firth and Ian Theasby from BOSH! went to the Cotswolds to introduce Leith to new cooking methods and ingredients as demand for vegan food and recipes continues to increase.

“Prue Leith is a cooking legend, and she has recently released a cookbook,” said Theasby. “In that cookbook is a creamy fish pie. We have come here to recreate that fish pie, but obviously, it’s going to have a bit of a twist.”
During the cooking session, Leith picked up some handy tips, learning about vegan ingredients like nori and nooch (nutritional yeast).

Vegan scene
Firth and Theasby have had huge success in recent years, to become some of the most recognizable faces on the UK vegan scene.
Their BOSH Cookbook released earlier this year became the first ever vegan cookbook to go to number one in the book charts, and became a Sunday Times bestseller, staying at the number one spot for four weeks.
The book was also awarded Best Vegan Cookbook at the PETA Food Awards 2018.
