foodies, cookbook authors, and online sensations Henry Firth and Ian Theasby appeared
on the hugely popular US talk show Today on Sunday.
Make-ahead
Monday
The duo
walked the audience and host Megyn Kelly through three fully vegan sauces
during the morning segment know as Make-ahead Monday.
The sauces,
which the show emphasized could be made ahead and used throughout the week,
included a stir fry sauce, a marinara sauce, and a ‘fiery’ pesto Kelly
described as ‘awesome’ post taste test.

Audience members
were each given a copy of the recently smash hit cookbook – BOSH!:
Simple Recipes. Amazing Food. All Plants. – to take home with them.
After a
bidding war for publishing rights, which was eventually won by Harper Collins, the
book topped Amazon’s ‘all hot new releases’ list, and took sixth place of the
food and drink bestsellers.
