Massively
popular vegan chef Gaz Oakley of hit YouTube channel Avant Garde Vegan has
launched the presale of his soon-be-released vegan Christmas cookbook.
Behind the
scenes
The pro
chef gave viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the cookbook on his
YouTube channel – including the food photography which was a six-day process in
itself.
He promises
the result will be ‘incredible’ pictures of ‘indulgent, show-stopping vegan
food’.
The classic
and adapted Christmas themed recipes include yorkshire pudding, Christmas
curry, kebab, and a vegan beef roast.
