The burger

Oakley told

tasting.”

The
jerk-spiced burger – dubbed ‘Gaz’s Kickin’ Caribbean Vurger’ – is topped with coconut bacon, fried plantain, and mango
ketchup.

The pro
chef says the result is ‘a great blend of sweetness, spice & also soft
& crispy textures’.

Oakley will
be at the restaurant from noon – and says he would ‘really love to meet’ his
