UK retail giant Asda has announced that it will be selling a vegan cheeseboard this holiday season.

The package will include a wooden board, and three dairy-free cheeses.

According to Mirror Online, the flavors included will be ‘a traditional cheddar style vegan cheese, a garlic and chive cheddar and a Wensleydale and cranberry alternative’.

The cheeseboards will be available from November 22, and retail for £5 each.

Plant-based options

With an ever increasing plant-based range, Asda added three other dairy-free cheeses in May.

The recent additions include Grated Mozzarella Alternative, Grated Cheddar Alternative and Soft Cheese Alternative – all of which retail for £2.

Other popular plant-based options from Asda are hot cross buns, and mince pies – which the chain credited for its increased sales last Christmas.
