American comfort food restaurant The Diner will be introducing a vegan and vegetarian menu from October 10.
The extensive plant-based and veggie menu will debut exclusively at the Islington site in London.
The Diner has also celebrated world vegetarian week by serving vegan and vegetarian food on October 4 and 5 at its The Strand location.
Menu
The menu – which is completely separate from the standard one – contains extensive decandent dishes, including vegan pancakes, vegan mac and cheese, and southern fried seitan.
Among plant-based breakfast options, diners will be able to tuck into cacao chip pancakes, vegan benedict, and a veggie breakfast burrito.
The new menu also offers a range of salad options, inluding a vegan taco salad and a super salad bowl.
There will also be a vegan and quinoa burger, vegan burrito, as well as vegan mac and cheese and southern friend seitan among main dishes.
For dessert, visitors will be able to dig into a coconut ripple vegan milkshake.
