Plant-based Scottish athlete and YouTuber Stefanie Moir has shared her daily diet and discussed favorite protein-based foods.

As an ambassador for renowned sports nutrition brand, Myprotein, Moir uses its protein powder to improve her performance at the gym.

The UK-based brand has also just released its new vegan range, which includes an extensive selection of plant-based treats and supplements.

Daily diet

Stefanie Moir – who was crowned the hottest vegan by animal rights organization PETA – told Plant Based News that she keeps her meal plan fairly simple.

For breakfast, the social media influencer eats oatmeal mixed with raw cacao and topped with almond butter, agave syrup, and cacao nibs.

She goes on to say: “For lunch I really am a fan of smoothies, so I go for a giant cacao banana smoothie, bananas, almond milk blended with Myprotein Vegan Blend Chocolate Smooth Protein, along with raw cacao and creatine powder.”

The YouTuber, who has been a vegan for over four years, ends her day by tucking into a huge stir-fry with tofu, veggies, brown rice, and topped with soy sauce.

In order to meet increasing customer demand, Myprotein has launched a number of new animal-friendly products, including daily health supplements, performance boosts, vegan snacks, ingredients, and protein powders.

The new selection is approved by The Vegetarian Society, and also features hemp, brown rice, and pea protein powder, and a popular Active Women Blend.

Moir added: “One of my main reasons for shopping with Myprotein is their extensive variety of products, so I can one-stop shop for all of my supplements and snacks!”
