NBA professional player turned analyst Charles Barkley has said on last night’s game coverage that vegetarians aren’t real, because ‘nobody doesn’t like meat’.

Barkley argued on the NBA on TNT segment: “There’s no such thing as a vegetarian.”

Discussing Spurs’ athlete LaMarcus Alridge, he commented: “He’s a terrific player, but he’s one of those guys… he makes me nervous. I don’t like people who don’t get mad, Ernie.

“I don’t trust people. Like vegetarians. That’s not a thing. Everybody likes meat.”

He continued: “It’s not a thing, Ernie. Just because they say it doesn’t make it true.

“There’s no such thing as a vegetarian. Nobody doesn’t like meat!”
