Drone footage captured for animal rights group Mercy for Animals [MFA] shows the shocking scale of the slaughter industry.
Footage taken by Mark Devries – as part of his film Speciesism: The Movie – has been shared with PBN by MFA.
According to Devries, Special Projects Coordinator at MFA: “This drone exposed the massive scale of the slaughter industry in a way that has never been seen before.
“The scale of these places is difficult to comprehend.
“In North America alone, billions of sentient, intelligent animals are forced through the processes inside of these buildings.
“It’s time for the world to open its eyes to what the meat industry has become.”
Devries told PBN: “Drones have put to bed the myth of Old MacDonald’s farm.
“Armed with the truth, we must take responsibility. The practices exposed only exist because people purchase products of factory farms.
“Each of us has the power to stand up and vote against this industry by simply leaving animals off our plates.”
