A suspected poacher has been eaten by lions near the Kruger National Park in South Africa, according to police.
The big cats left some body parts – including the head – behind.
According to local reports, lion poaching has been on the rise in area in recent years.

Limpopo police spokesman, Moatshe Ngoepe, told AFP: “It seems the victim was poaching in the game park when he was attacked and killed by lions.
“They ate his body, nearly all of it, and just left his head and some remains.”
Police have yet to identify the victim, whose remains were reportedly found next to a loaded hunting rifle and ammunition.
