The latest podcast

PBN’s latest podcast episode sees co-founder Robbie Lockie interview vegan football star Chris Smalling – who says he’s been ‘thriving’ on a plant-based diet.

“I think once you find out the facts it’s hard to ignore,” Smalling said.

“I found that my taste buds weren’t more important than the pain of a lot of these animals. Ultimately, the welfare of animals is what really stuck with me.”

The podcast also speaks about how the athlete discovered the vegan lifestyle, how his family reacted to him going vegan, and what it is like traveling around the world on an animal-free diet.
