Celebrity actress and model Megan Fox says she sends her children to a ‘vegan school’ in California.
The Transformers star revealed how she has raised her two children, Noah and Bodhi, to ‘never’ hurt animals in a recent interview with People.
‘Never harming animals’
“We send them to an organic, sustainable, vegan school where they’re seed-to-table, they plant their own food. They grow it, they harvest it and they take it to local restaurants to sell it, so they understand how all of that works,” Fox said.
“I’m very specific about never harming animals… We don’t step on ants; we don’t do things like that. We don’t rip flowers out of the ground, because we think they’re beautiful.
“I teach them that plants are sentient beings — they have feelings, thoughts, and emotions — so that’s what we’re doing.”
‘Save our planet’
Fox regularly speaks out about the environment to her 7.6 million Instagram followers. The celeb recently attended the #FIGHT4THEAMAZON campaign created by Global Green USA.
“It was an honor to be part of this campaign. Please get involved and help to save our planet from imminent peril,” Fox captioned one of her Instagram photos.
