Mary McCartney To Host Vegetarian Cooking Special On The Food Network

British photographer and cookbook author Mary McCartney has created a vegetarian cooking special for the Food Network US.

Mary McCartney Serves It Up, which will air on January 5 at 9am EST, will ‘showcase McCartney’s delicious and accessible vegetarian recipes, highlighting her sincere love of cooking’.

McCartney, a co-founder of Meat Free Monday, has also created on-demand cooking classes for the Food Network Kitchen app, which launched recently in the United States and will soon roll out globally.

Recipes on offer via the app include Lemon Pesto Spaghetti, Spicy Yummy Rice Noodles, Easy Peasy Pea Soup and Black Bean and Sweet Corn Tacos.

‘Family-friendly recipes’
