Swedish YouTube Star Therese Lindgren and her friends have baked the world’s largest vegan cake, breaking the Guinness World Records.

Weighing a whopping 462.4kg (1,019lb 6 oz), the animal-free cake used 89kg soya yogurt, 44.5kg sugar, 35.6kg strawberries, and 62.3kg semolina.

The vegan lifestyle YouTuber, who has nearly 600,ooo subscribers, has posted a vlog from the day, mentioning in the description box: “How cool is it that I and the other stars in the video official – according to the Guinness Book of World Records – baked the WORLD’S LARGEST vegan cake at 462.4kg?

“Another thing to check off on my bucket list!”
