Canadian wrestler and former one time WSU (Women Superstars Uncensored) Champion Laura Dennis has credited a plant-based diet for her strength.

She says: “I have been vegan since I was 14 years old. I don’t eat any meat or dairy.

“I like to have junk food and sweets every now and then, but for the most parts, it’s spinach, tofu, lots of fruits and whole greens.”

The sportswoman, who travels a lot, spoke to India’s Economic Times about her diet, saying: “I packed protein bars, rice cakes, peanut butter, oat meals because I wasn’t sure it’s going to be this awesome. But it’s been really easy to stay on my diet here.”
